Start with the operation inside
A useful building layout considers equipment, people and materials moving through the space. Share the working height, planned equipment, access doors, delivery vehicles and finished office or customer areas. Identify future expansion before treating the first phase as the whole project.
A warehouse may be planned around loading and storage. A manufacturing building may need a different arrangement for production and utilities. A flex property needs the shell and tenant areas considered together.
The shell and the site belong in one discussion
Pre-engineered does not mean every site or use has the same requirements. Foundation design, grading, drainage, utilities, parking and access must be considered for the actual property. The responsible jurisdiction and project design team determine the applicable requirements.
TriTex's services connect architectural planning, civil and structural engineering, drawing packages and construction coordination. The proposal should identify responsibility for the building system, foundations, erection, enclosure and finished areas rather than leave those boundaries assumed.
